All items are carefully packed with protective materials. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@akibahk.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Collector’s editions and sealed items must remain unopened. Contact us to initiate a return.
